Vernon Beckford has led Diversified Lending Solutions since its founding, bringing deep expertise from roles at Global Atlantic Financial Group (formerly Goldman Sachs Reinsurance), CW Capital, and Credit Suisse. A Columbia University alumnus with an MBA from Harvard Business School, he’s made early-stage investments in tech, operating businesses, and commercial real estate, and structured financings in both the U.S. and Japan.

Eric Andrew is the COO and President of Diversified Lending Solutions, a serial investor and entrepreneur who’s built and scaled ventures across real estate, technology, and services. He’s held leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Capital Trust REIT, and Auction.com, where he also served on the Valuations Credit Committee. A triple-major B.A. from Columbia University, he complements his credentials with a Venture Management Certificate from Harvard Business School, candidacy for CCIM designation, and top honors from the ULI/ICSC Real Estate Associate Program.
